Bernard Desmidt

Bernard has over 20 years’ executive coaching and leadership development experience across a wide range of industries, including banking, financial services, IT, retail, professional services, manufacturing, FMCG, media and logistics.

In his previous capacity as the Executive Director of the Stephenson Mansell Group, an executive coaching firm based in Sydney, Bernard has designed and delivered leadership development programs and coached executives, emerging leaders and teams. Bernard’s expertise is in helping leaders facilitate lasting, positive behavioural change in order to improve employee engagement, working relationships, productivity and business results.

He has facilitated leadership development programs in different countries including, Australia, United Kingdom, South Africa and Dubai. Bernard has also facilitated one of the top rated executive leadership programs at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney Australia and was the top rated facilitator on the Academy Global 2014 Emerging Leaders Program.

Anthony Youds

Anthony has over 20 years global corporate and professional services experience with Unilever, Accenture, Nedbank and as MD of Leaderfit, an executive coaching and search firm.  

Anthony has extensive executive coaching experience as well as in the design, development and implementation of leadership programs. He has worked with some of Australia’s leading companies in a range of industry sectors including, FMCG, retail, financial services, manufacturing, distribution and IT. 

He has played an integral role in helping numerous Australian companies attract and develop their executive talent and through developing long and meaningful relationships, has had long standing and mutually beneficial client relationships. Anthony’s extensive business, executive coaching and assessment experience enable him to achieve sustainable results in leadership performance for his clients.  

He has a Masters of Management degree in Human Resources and an Associate Certificate in Executive Coaching.  He is passionate about the world of Ontological Coaching and has developed a number of leadership and coaching models and processes.

In his personal capacity, Anthony manages the balance between running a successful business, bringing up 2 teenage sons and enjoying a variety of adventure sports.

Ingrid Maynard

Ingrid has over 20 years sales and business development experience and began her career with The Body Shop Australia and Body Shop International where she specialised in sales and business development.

She founded and was Managing Director of Harvest Management and Harvest Saleswork that provided outsourced prospecting and face to face sales solutions to Australian, Asia Pacific, UK and US based clients.

For the last 12 years Ingrid has engaged with many of Australia’s top 500 organisations and worked closely with executive and senior management decision makers to support them in achieve their business development strategies and objectives.

Andrew Wynne

Andrew has work experience across several countries, and multiple industries, including engineering, construction, banking, internet, telecommunications, media and information technology. His 30 years of work experience has developed intuitive knowledge of the challenges and opportunities inherent in establishing and leveraging successful relationships in the workplace, and in life.

Andrew believes that successful leaders are those who are dedicated to developing trust in themselves and those around them. To this end, self-awareness, and the increasing ability to self-correct and self-generate, are key competencies he is passionate about developing in himself, and in others.

Andrew is accredited as an Integral Coach by New Ventures West in the USA, which is affiliated to the International Coach Federation (ICF). Andrew has used these skills to Coach Executive leaders, assist clients build trust and accountability in motivated teams, and support technical specialists in transitioning into leadership roles.


Ingrid Maynard

Chyonne Kreltszheim

Chyonne is an experienced facilitator and coach who is passionate about collaboration, leadership and change. She spent the first 12 years of her career practising as a lawyer where she accumulated extensive experience in negotiating high-value infrastructure contracts and advising diverse clients and stakeholders, including C-level and senior executives. More recently, she was the CEO and lead facilitator for an established training company with historical ties to the Harvard Negotiation Project. She has worked with clients across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

One of Chyonne’s key strengths is her ability to connect the practical with the theoretical in order to support clients with their real-world challenges. She has completed intensive programs in negotiation and conflict resolution at the Harvard Negotiation Institute (part of Harvard Law School) and has also co-facilitated subjects in negotiation and mediation at Monash University.

Chyonne thrives on helping people to unlock their leadership potential, regardless of their title or role. Clients and colleagues describe Chyonne as thoughtful, passionate and engaging, with a knack for creating a safe space for tough issues to be explored openly and constructively. Her approach is characterised by transparency and sincerity, as well as a deep respect for diversity of human experience.
