- Will I be treated fairly - will I be the last to know about what's happening around here or will I be treated fairly like everybody else?
- Will I be appreciated - will I be recognised and appreciated for the value I can and do add?
In your capacity as a leader I invite, if nothing else, you attend to these fundamental human needs. Then observe the impact in the level of trust others' have in you and their commitment to do and give their best each day. Also, when you get a chance, see what difference it makes to your bottom line.
Leadership can be this simple.
