At Exceld, our coaches and facilitators are accredited to administer and interpret a range of assessment instruments to complement the learning process. Amongst others these include:
Hogan Assessment Systems
Four different assessments are included, each of which provides insight into personal characteristics related to job performance:
Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI): The HPI is the industry standard for measuring personality as it relates to job performance.
Hogan Development Survey (HDS): The HDS provides insight regarding eleven “derailment” tendencies that, when incited by stress, pressure, or boredom, are capable of impeding work relationships, adversely impacting leadership style, hindering productivity, and limiting overall career potential and effectiveness.
Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI): The MVPI provides insight regarding a person's core values, goals, and interests, information that relates to (a) the environment in which the person will perform best and derive the most motivation and (b) the kind of culture the person will be motivated to create as a leader
Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory (HBRI): The HBRI measures global constructs of tactical and strategic reasoning which, together, impact an individual's capacity to process complex information as might be found in the real world (rather than the very narrow and specific kind of information that might be found in a traditional IQ test).
Research has shown that everyone is capable of flexing to less preferred thinking styles and learning the necessary skills to diagnose and adapt to the thinking preferences of others. Presenting information in a way that recognises, respects and is compatible with different preferences is crucial to developing constructive relationship with colleagues and meeting clients’ needs and expectations.
